At Tinktinkie Kleuterskool, we believe that a strong, happy team is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we were so excited to host a fun and meaningful team-building day for our incredible teachers — and what a day it turned out to be!
From start to finish, the event was filled with laughter, teamwork, and just the right amount of friendly competition. The day kicked off with an exciting blindfolded obstacle course that had everyone navigating twists, turns, and plenty of giggles. It wasn’t just about completing the course — it was about trusting your teammate, communicating clearly, and supporting each other every step of the way. And yes, a few stumbles only added to the fun!
Next up was a fast-paced scavenger hunt, where the teachers raced to collect a list of specific items. It was a great test of creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving — and brought out everyone’s adventurous side!
To end the day on a delicious note, the team paired up for a pizza-making challenge. With toppings flying and bases being covered, everyone got a chance to show off their inner chef. It was a great reminder that sometimes, the best memories are made over shared laughter and a slice of something tasty!
